I can honestly say that I have never trained this hard since my younger days playing soccer. It’s definitely what I needed as I still had the mindset of a younger me but I was blind to the fact that what I was doing to my health and fitness was not good practice nor was I setting a good example for my kids.
If I was to stop coming here I would miss the comradery, the drive that I get from the other members and from all the trainers. I have added some sessions and I have had them with other trainers. They have all been brilliant and it makes it so easy to chop and change to fit in with my crazy busy life.

The key reason I came to PPT was to make a difference. The gym life was ok but I felt like I was going through the motions. I would always find excuses not to go and things just got worse health wise. I have lost weight and put on muscle which is great, but more than anything I have started enjoying exercise again.
For me personally work can be hectic. It makes my day to go to PPT and see so many people enjoying themselves doing the things I love to do. Everyone is so friendly and the interaction between everyone is very uplifting. Everyone is there to work hard which is why we pay the money, but it’s also great to have a laugh.
