If there’s one thing we know at PPT (apart from training), it’s how powerful a strong community can be, and no, we don’t just mean physically strong! If we stay true to our belief of helping people be better than they were yesterday, then it’s our duty to help all sorts of people, not just those that walk through the doors.
Our community has been built on helping, supporting and encouraging those we come into contact with and we take every opportunity to keep growing this through charity events, social gatherings and sponsorship of local teams. Check out some of the ways we have been making a difference over the years as well as some big events coming up.

Beers and Barbells
MORE THAN $10,000 was raised by ur amazing community for Livin‘. They do awesome work to “break the stigma of mental health”. Such a rewarding day for everyone involved who were in turn rewarded with a beer from The Rocks Brewery, Pizza, and of course great company.
The Push-Up Challenge
3128 push-ups throughout 21 days for the month of July, all in support of Australians affected by mental health issues. Our team of coaches & clients committed themselves to this task and collectively raised over $1800 for Headspace. A huge shout out to PPT Coach Bandoll who did all 3128 in ONE DAY.
PPT BBQ May 2019
Taking it away from the gym and heading outdoors. Kids, friends, family, everyone was welcome. We take our gym family pretty seriously, but its nice to relax a little, be outside, have a friendly game of soccer, and just chill in the sunshine! Always guaranteed great food and even better company.
Testing your strength AND making you pay for it! We got the crew in for a Special session on a Saturday, but first if they wanted to test their strength, they had to empty their wallets to support The Starlight Foundation.
A few years running we were amongst the top fundraisers for this great event that raises funds for Cancer. Hitting the bike track in Camden on a Sunday, our team got moving as well as collecting some serious coin.
Cerebral Palsy Rowing Team Challenge
We got the entire crew to form teams and ROW 100kms! A collective effort and again lots of money was raised for the Cerebral Palsy foundation.
