Our admin team will get back to you no later than 3 business days to confirm all the details of your suspension (payment dates, etc).
OUR SUSPENSION POLICY DETAILS
Our job at PPT is to not only train you but hold you accountable to your training goals. Here are a few details on how we do that via our client suspension policy:
- No more than 6 Weeks Suspension Accumulated Annually (client agreement pending and within a calendar year)
- Minimum 1 week’s notice on all suspensions
- Minimum 2 week’s per suspension request

WHAT ABOUT EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES?
We get it, sometimes S&*T happens! For that reason, clients can make suspension requests for things other than holidays. To help us out, for medical related suspensions please provide a note from your doctor detailing the medical necessity of your suspension.
