I started training at PPT in 2014 I was borderline diabetic and had insulin resistance and needed to do something about my health nutrition and fitness. So i started training at PPT.
I started off with just using my bodyweight as weights now I am lifting heavy weights and I’m stronger, fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been. I have lost 15kgs body weight gone down from a size 18 to 8. My PT Jason has been a fantastic trainer his support and advice in this area of fitness and nutrition are outstanding. He is very supportive and encouraging I really look forward to our training sessions every week.
All the trainers at PPT are very knowledgable and supportive. I feel like part of the family here at PPT.
My goal in the recent PPT8 was to fit into this dress that I’ve had in my wardrobe for 16 years I kept it as I love it and have never been able to fit into it until this last week.
I have become more knowledgeable and confident now about making the right food choices when I’m out thanks to all the great advice and knowledge from my trainer.
