I started coming to PPT because I wanted to make a change in my life and get a more toned physique. I stayed at PPT because I realised the mental benefits I could recieve from regular structured training. However in striving to overcome mental barriers and pushing myself harder than I thought possible, I have also achieved some pretty cool physical changes which I am very proud of. Most significantly I lost 6cm around my waist and also trimmed down on my arms while actually improving my strength greatly.
The structured classes offered by PPT have helped me create a maintainable routine where I exercise 4-6 times a week. I think PPT is very maintainable because the classes are only an hour long and I get far more benefit from one hour at PPT than two hours training by myself at a regular gym.
Doing PPT for a short amount of time before my trip has been great because it kickstarted my fitness journey and has taught me skills that will enable me to live a healthy lifestyle overseas.
I would recommend PPT for people, who like me, want to exercise regularly and consistently with the right technique. PPT taught me how to lift which is very cool and fun and something I would shy away from when training by myself at the gym.
