What we’d like to share today, is another team of our clients that are getting STRONGER, LEANER and IMROVING THEIR FITNESS each and every training session.
Who are these clients?? Strongman clients!
Modified strongman, small and large group alike, is made up of a dedicated and committed group of individuals, many of which don’t do PT but have still had sensational results!
So strongman clients, congratulations! Your successes, achievements and accomplishments are not unnoticed and as trainers, we truly do believe you guys are achieving some fantastic things.

From the outset we wanted to offer an alternative for those who didn’t want to train in a 1 on 1 setting and from here the modified strongman sessions were born. We always knew they would be challenging workouts that were exciting and popular (particularly the large group which is at max capacity from week to week). We also knew that many of the PT clients would sprinkle these sessions into their training schedule to compliment their PT as they either didn’t want to join a commercial gym, or didn’t want to do any resistance training without the watchful eye of a PPT trainer.

What has possibly been the big surprise is seeing how many Strongman only clients have come on board and stayed as just that. Clients who had never exercised prior beyond a brisk walk are now lifting, while others who have had a long history of exercise in group fitness are now lifting!! In any case, many who weren’t lifting are, and best still they are enjoying it while getting results.
Starting with a large group of 30 in modified strongman circuit 2 years ago, to now three different session formats of varying participant numbers, we feel we have a pretty good product. We will continue to make this product even better into 2016, working on some new ideas and session options, but 2015 has been rewarding for us as we have seen our clients accomplish goals they thought weren’t possible through these sessions.
Our strongman sessions will start up again in the new year, commencing 18 January for the first of the 6 week cycles. Spots do need to be registered as we cap the participant numbers to keep a high quality service for all of those involved. Remember, if you are new to our strongman program, you can try your first session for free.
