The 12 Week Shift was designed to show people not only what it takes to go that extra mile in training and nutrition, but to teach them how to do it in a way that suits any lifestyle. We focused on teaching our clients how to survive during social situations, and allow them to eat the foods they enjoy without attaching the moniker of ‘bad foods’ or ‘junk’.
80-90% of their nutritional targets were encouraged through healthy, nutritious foods, with a 10% buffer to include the things they love!
We spent a great deal of time encouraging clients to eat enough food to fuel their workouts. Some clients came to us with dietary records of less than 1200 calories per day, and finished with intakes in the 2000’s!
This formula for guilt-free consistency combined with training HARD on a REGULAR BASIS, was our secret weapon to achieving results on the 12 Week Shift!
With incredible difficulty, we’ve been able to lock down our winners. Everyone that completed the shift, deserves a public congratulations, not just for the fat loss and muscle gain results, but for their effort to build new training and nutrition habits that will stay with them, as they move onto their next goal! We have MANY impressive before and after photos on their way, but first we need to shine the spot light on a select few.
