Across her years training with PPT she’s achieved LOTS. Dropped significant, weight, improved her body composition, gotten strong, gained selection in representative Oztag teams, and thats the quick run down. So why does she still head in when clearly this girl knows what’s involved to get results?
I have been a client at PPT for a couple of years now. I have previously trained at other gyms and now I couldn’t imagine training anywhere else. It is one of a kind within the fitness industry and top of the line at that. In my time at PPT, I have had some amazing changes, not only in my body composition and strength but also in my mind set, attitude, and knowledge.
I have been training as a client of Sean O’Shea’s for around 1 year now. Training with Sean has been nothing short of rewarding. Sean is a very motivated and dedicated trainer, he is always actively learning something himself whether he is reading up on a particular topic or going to courses, which is transferred into my programs. My sessions are built and personalized around my individual goals, strengths and weaknesses. My PT sessions are tough (when they need to be), and Sean is able to push me past my self-imposed limits, being a great testament to Sean’s training/coaching approach. Every session is educational and I always walk out of the gym having learned something new whether it is about training or nutrition.
A big driver in my PT sessions is the importance Sean places on knowing your ‘why’ (read this blog to help you set better goals). This is a strong reminder and motivator to stay on track. The results I have achieved are due to Sean’s combination of training methods, individualized exercise programs and challenging yet achievable goal setting.
The team at PPT, all have an extensive knowledge, they are enthusiastic and committed to their work and clients, which ultimately provides anyone who walks through the doors with the foundations for a healthier lifestyle and the building blocks for success.
