5 Years ago, Caroline Jones was 86kg & size 18!!
Knowing she needed to make change not only for her own health, but for the good of her teenage boys, she set out on becoming the best “healthy lifestyle” role model for her family. Her journey with PPT started when she needed to take things to next level. No more time wasting, she wanted to be fitter, leaner stronger and toned.
My PT sessions are the most important training days of my week. I don’t see myself as a client but a student. I go into my sessions with a goal to learn something new and walk away and reflect on lessons learned and how I can improve.
Over the time my goals have changed many times, strength to endurance and back again. I have also completed the 12 week shift for fat loss. Even though my goals have changed there is one thing that is consistent and that is my PT Jason. Jason is 100% in the session with me; he is never distracted by what is going on around us. I always feel safe with him knowing that he will never make me do something that I am not capable of. Jason never stops learning, he is constantly researching and attending courses to further his education. I have never met someone as passionate about their clients as Jason is. The programming is second to none, every 4-5 weeks I get a new program tailored to my capabilities and goals. Jason has guided, coached and supported me to achieve whatever goals I have set and at times it was difficult but he was there every step of the way.
The team at PPT provide a positive safe and fun environment for the clients to train. I continue to train at PPT because of the staff and the clients alike who all contribute to a culture of encouragement, positivity, respect and above all the upholding the NOBS just results approach.
When it comes to gyms and personal trainers there is so much to choose from and an abundance of information available on the internet regarding health and fitness it can be quite overwhelming.
