This PPT8 has been the final step in a big 2 year transformation for me. I’m down 15kg so far and in my best fitness/shape in a decade. But perhaps the best thing about PPT8 has been how it has helped change my mentality around nutrition, fitness/training and just health in general.
I’m much better prepared now to continue along my journey (and on my own if need be). I understand better how key food choices lead to overall better health, but not to crucify myself if I “fall off the wagon” for a day or two.
The information and guidance that was provided showed me how to own my choices, move on and crush it the next day. This challenge was about being smarter with food/nutrition and training, and it has certainly helped me!
The fact that the trainers/coaches also threw themselves head on into the challenge, contributed with recipes and “checked in” for accountability was great to see. PPT’s knowledge and experience is invaluable to participants. Even the simple explanation of what maintenance is and how to go about planning and undertaking such a phase was gold for me. All of you trainers/coaches are to be commended!
What’s next for me? A few weeks of maintenance over Christmas then I’m launching straight back into a self appointed PPT8 2.0, more progress and improvements to be made!
For anyone thinking of undertaking the next PPT challenge or just want to embark on the beginning of their fitness journey, I can’t recommend PPT enough. Sean has built himself a family of likeminded professionals who are definitely the best going around. So whether you’ll be attending the gym personally or an online client like me, do yourself a favour and get in touch with PPT.
