I have been with PPT since its inception because they are not your average “one size fits all” gym
I like the holistic approach from PPT – training, nutrition, podcasts (and social events)
After recent surgery I was able to come back to PPT knowing I was in good hands – my trainer Jason liaised with my physiotherapist and developed training sessions to meet my specific rehab needs – whilst still making them tough!
I PT with Jason and am working towards getting back to SQUAD
