I can cook a mean home-made pizza. While initially studying to be a coach, I worked as a wood-fired pizza cook and the skills have never been lost. I should also mention, I can eat A LOT. I once ate 3 family sizes pizza’s in the one sitting.

Metallica or 90s Hip Hop (NWA, Ice Cube or Dr Dre)
Any super power, what would it be?
Super strength, like hulk-level super strength
Interesting fact/something we might not know?
I spent most of the early part of my 20’s pursuing professional wrestling as a potential career. In that time I wrestled around the country, and overseas in Canada and Japan.
What do you love about working in health?
The never-ending pursuit of knowledge that comes along with it. We have never had better access to information and the H&F industry is still a baby. I love that we have the opportunity to get better at our job exponentially every single day!
Perfect Meal, what is it?
A burger…. A big burger (something I need to have a shower after eating)
