What do you love about PT/Exercise Physiologist?
Watching client’s mind shift throughout their journey to a healthier lifestyle. As well as the constant chance to grow and learn in the industry to become not just a better health professional but a better person overall.
Words of advice you’d give a younger you:
Focus on movement, not weight. Be consistent with training as it is the biggest contributor to long term success and progress
