Some years ago I was “chubby mummy”. That’s how my youngest child describes me when she sees old photos but she’s being kind, it’s not chubby, it was just straight up fat mumma.
Anyway I was unhealthy, overweight and unhappy within myself. I was also scared for what my future would hold health wise if I didn’t turn it around. Heart disease, diabetes it was knocking at the door and only I could change it….so I did.
Now I have to fully disclose here, at this stage I wasn’t a coach, I had tried and failed at some meal replacement diets and other stupid exclusion diets in the past, so I knew one thing was certain, I needed to find a healthy lifestyle I could maintain.
So I started to exercise, I started to eat better eventually I called on some professional help and somewhere along the way I realised I wanted to help others too.
I wanted to give others the info to NOT GO on a healthkick but to find a healthy lifestyle they could maintain. I knew that if they could find this, they’d also find happiness and confidence within themselves.
The first thing I thought I could do to help was to try and share how I was making healthy eating delicious. If I could relieve some of the angst of stupid diets in the minds of others, then I was happy. I’ve already fessed up to doing some stupid diets in the past, I just wanted to save others from going down that path & if I did this and nothing else, then I was happy.
Well, fast forward to now and I’ve not only become a healthier and happier person, but I’ve maintained this lifestyle. Im excited to be empowered with the knowledge and opportunity to help others every day as well. I love the challenges that I get from my own training, but also from training others. Further to that, I love the inspiration I’m able to draw from some of our amazing clients.

• The kids 👶 (Yeh I did that too when my youngest was a baby, a wasted a whole year till she was “Old Enough” in my eyes to take out and work into my schedule. • Work being busy & you don’t think it will fit in 👩💻• Confusion and lack of knowing what to do or where to start 🤷♀️
