For me, PPT has been a gym that I have committed the longest to, both having a personal trainer and participating in The Squad Sessions. Each week is a new challenge, which you eventually love to hate. At PPT, we are constantly challenged and pushed to new heights, whether it be with new exercises or class formats, you always know that it will be hard yet rewarding.

As a Personal Trainer, Mary Elasi has been excellent, she has consistently pushed me and encouraged me. Each week before every session there are definitely some form of nerves, simply because I know that nothing will be easy but both Mary and I want results, all of which have come with her encouragement of me and belief.
