I’ll start by saying that I’m not new to training; it’s a fair assessment to say that what I am fairly new to is direction. Since starting with Alex my compass has been firmly set to chasing strength and more recently learning Olympic Lifts. He is constantly enthusiastic about getting me and my training where I want to go without sacrificing technique or mobility. In addition to his continual education, he is spending his own time sourcing videos, frame by frame lifts and movements specific to achieving my goals. So MY goals effectively become OUR goals.
Alex isn’t one of these ‘Do as I say, not as I do’ trainers either. He’s leading by example. Sharing his own lifts, good and bad, tracking his nutrition right along mine and fully embodying the PPT motto of NO B.S!
I’ve been lucky enough to have had excellent experiences with personal trainers in the past and I can say with complete honesty that I’ve never had a trainer tick so many boxes as Alex does. He is a wealth of knowledge, precise in his direction, driven to achieving our goals and a whole lot of fun to train under.
