The Shift is over, results are fantastic, clients are happy, the end.
Well not quite. At PPT we are constantly asking ourselves how we can do better by our clients, so already we are brainstorming ways to improve the next shift, YES even with the sensational results, we want more!!
But first, lets reflect on why this third shift was by far the most successful in not only our opinion, the opinion of the clients. Why was this the best shift so far?
Fellow clients, social media group, trainers there was support at every turn. Clients leant on this support group, to know that others were going through the same experience, roadblocks, problems was a great help. This was done remarkably well by all clients with one another.
2) TRAINER KNOWLEDGE
We pride ourselves in offering the best service we can, supported by the knowledge we have to offer, and during this time we did everything we could to make sure we collectively shared our knowledge. Increased staff training and meetings, bouncing ideas of each other and problem solving client concerns together. We were a united force collectively working to see all clients succeed.
Checking in on client’s progress more frequently, phone calls, emails, chats in sessions, whatever it took. They knew that we were there. Lets not forget, many of our clients were already eating well and training hard, they were in this for that something extra.
4) LONG TERM SUCCESS
Lots of focus was given helping clients achieve lifelong habit changes that they could maintain well beyond the 12 weeks. Realistically 12 weeks is a short term goal .Real success can only be measured by them being confident to enjoy a healthy and sociable life, not being a hobbit!
5) TEAM PPT
Atmosphere in the gym was electric irrespective of whether it was 5am or 7pm. Clients arrived pumped and ready for an intense session, and trainers were fired up! Intensity in the sessions were dialed up. This was their place, their time to work on what they wanted. ‘Me-time’ doesn’t do it justice, these guys were here for themselves and with purpose.
