Today we took some time out and busted in on lead 12 week shift trainer Alex Makin to get his take on what he believes to be the top three tips for success in the shift.
Managing a large proportion of the shift participants, he is privy to lots of the struggles, setbacks, and successes of our PPT clients. Over the course of the program, there are definitely some common threads which pop up and these can be the factors that differentiate between success in reaching your goals or falling short.
