I began personal training with Sean in May 2012 with the main goal of having more tone and definition. I was not a fan of weight training as I did not want to ‘bulk up’ and I didn’t experience that rush of exhilaration or accomplishment as I did from an intense cardio workout!!
I have literally gone from strength to strength under Sean’s guidance!! I have not ‘bulked up’, am definitely stronger which has (surprisingly) impacted positively on my cardio fitness. I have achieved so much with Sean, this is matched by the knowledge that I have gained from him about training and his wealth of knowledge regarding nutrition. His passion and commitment to helping not only me but his other clients is apparent in the his attitude and commitment. I know I can count on Sean to NOT waste my time or money.
