Thanks to Sean and his persistence to keep me highly motivated and focused in my training, I have been able to achieve my goals and can now successfully do under/overhand grip chin ups, deep squats and barbell lunges. Sean is always flexible and tailors my programs to suit my short and long term goals. Sean is very thorough in ensuring I have a complete understanding of how to execute each exercise, which has kept me injury free 🙂
