I am a mother of 4 children and work full time. When I exercise I want to achieve the maximum result in the most efficient amount of time as a result of being time poor with my other personal commitments.
I would highly recommend Sean as a trainer to anyone. I’ve always been impressed that he is well prepared for our sessions and very focused. I always feel like I have his attention 100% when I’m going through the various programs and exercises.
Although I’ve always been pretty committed to an exercise regime Sean has provided me with an experience where I have been able to take my body further and achieve things I would not have been able to on my own. He did not take the easier softer way in training which I find confronting yet I know he will get me to where I need to go even when I don’t believe I can do it.
Since training with Sean I have developed confidence to try a whole new range of things which has opened up my experiences with exercise, and I believe has enhanced my general health and fitness. For example, I now participate in obstacle type challenges like Tough Mudder etc that I would not have been able to do before. I get immense enjoyment out of these experiences.
So, in short, although I only see Sean for an hour a week, in effect this has resulted in providing me with a number of other experiences which has directly contributed to significant positive physical and psychological experiences.
Thanks Sean. I didn’t know an hour a week was going to turn into so much more for me.
