In early 2017 I decided I needed to do something about my own wellbeing.
Over the years my weight had slowly increased, I was always feeling tired and lethargic.
Suffering from lower back pain didn’t help the cause. I NEEDED TO CHANGE!
I was told about PPT and decided to give this place a go. I decided to have a personal trainer to help me through my concerns, Daniel Cooper drew the shortest straw.
Daniel asked me many questions on how I wanted to change and improve my fitness, nutrition and lifestyle.
Under Daniels guidance I was able to achieve my personal goal of losing weight (7kg), Squat and Deadlift over 110kg, he helped me improve my nutrition and he explain the importance of eating clean (click here to read out nutrition principles blog).
